Wow!  Next time you are trying to recruit a new member, mention how busy we are! Certainly not just ‘mature’ men in vests, walking in parades!!

SGL Lions, please remember:

  • Bring one guest a month.
  • We need speakers so keep your eyes and ears open for ideas at all times.
  • If you notice a member missing meetings, please call and tell them they

are being missed.

Sparks Greenbrae Lions was one of the three finalists in the Sparks Chamber of Commerce "Non Profit of the Year" category in 2009.

Sparks Greenbrae Lions Club really is the "Biggest Little Lions Club!".

King Lion Suraj, Donna and The Travel Center organized a fundraising cruise on board the new Mariner of the Seas to the Mexican Riviera in March 2009.  Members of the Fallon Lions, Sparks Greenbrae, Reno Arch and Ruby Mountain Clubs got together and raised $2100 for the Student Speakers Foundation.  Next year, we are looking at an Alaskan cruise for some more fun-fundraising for fellow Lions, their friends and family.
